KNOWLEDGE&CAPABILITY任職要求:
1. 2025應(yīng)屆生及3年內(nèi)往屆生(畢業(yè)時(shí)間在2021.06-2025.10之間)。
2. 學(xué)歷:大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限。
3. 工作地點(diǎn):自身對(duì)工作城市不設(shè)限,目前可選天津市寶坻區(qū),今后可能安排其他城市工作機(jī)會(huì),如上海等。
4. 探索創(chuàng)新:喜歡有意義的與眾不同,并將創(chuàng)新付諸實(shí)踐,將挑戰(zhàn)視作自我成長(zhǎng)的珍貴機(jī)會(huì)善于溝通:清晰的邏輯思維,善于用數(shù)據(jù)分析支持行動(dòng);良好的語言表達(dá)能力,擅長(zhǎng)溝通,包括中文和英文(口語&書面)。

Assignment日常工作:
1. Operate forklift trucks, crane and physical operation during warehouse operation. 在倉庫運(yùn)作中操作叉車與搬運(yùn)工作.
2. Identify and deal with damage goods. 對(duì)于包裝破損的貨物進(jìn)行鑒別和處理。
3. Keep the goods and whole warehouse neat and clean. 保證貨物和倉庫的整潔和干凈。
4. Reach daily goal through safe and efficient operation as instructed. 根據(jù)指示安全有效地完成每日的工作任務(wù)。
5. Maintain warehouse in good condition throughout the whole process. 在整個(gè)運(yùn)作流程中,維系倉庫良好的工作條件。
6. Cooperate with other teams for meeting the business requirements. Keep and maintain the smooth communication channel and good working environment. 與其他團(tuán)隊(duì)配合完成日常工作,保持良好的工作氛圍和溝通渠道。
7. Collect and proposal the suggestions to improve the working quality, efficiency and safe working environment. 收集并提出各種建議來提高工作效率和質(zhì)量,保證安全的工作環(huán)境。
8. Report special cases to team leader, other tasks that are pointed to the warehouse operator. 向主管報(bào)告特殊的工作事宜,完成其他指派給的工作。
